Spacious lounge (currently unfurnished but happy to turn it into a social space with couches etc)

The flat is a 2-minute walk to buses (Routes 4, 13 & 22 to the CBD)

Costs

Rent: $247/ week, paid 2 weeks in advance

Bond: $740

Power + internet: roughly $30–40/week each

You’d be living with myself and another friendly professional who works full-time. It’s a pretty quiet, clean and relaxed home rather than a party flat.

About you:

We’re ideally looking for someone in their late 20s–30s who’s mature, considerate, clean and respectful, and happy to pitch in with the usual household chores. We’d prefer someone who’s planning to stay in Northland longer-term.

We’re not suited to smokers/vapers, heavy drinkers or disruptive/party lifestyles and would need at least one reference from a previous landlord.

About us

We’re two girls aged 20-22 who are both queer and ideally looking for a third fem/enby to join us. We’re both creatives as well as neurodivergent so enjoy using common areas with our headphones on and crafting pretty often! I foster cats with our current foster moo pictured! Because of the condition cats can come in after rescue we unfortunately cannot have a resident cat as well, but there’s always a kitty around!
