Room 1 available in the next 2 weeks

Smaller room but has great sunlight during the day and a built in wardrobe fits a queen bed and still has heaps of space (would suit a single person) this room is $200 a week

Room 2 available end of the month

You have the option to take a large double bedroom with built in storage and a huge window that lets in sun all day OR a large double room with an ensuite that gets a less sun. Double room w/o ensuite is $220 p/w and room with ensuite is $300 p/w

We also can provide 1 double bed and 2 bedside tables for one of the rooms if needed
House is fully furnished other than the rooms
Spacious living area connected to a large dining room
Bond is required

All amenities are split among everyone as the bills come out

Our ideal flatmates;
Preferably full time workers
ages 19-26
Social but not going to party every weekend
Good with animals as there is a cat and large dog at the house (no extra pets as of right now)

About us;
My partner and I both work full time so enjoy coming home to a quiet and relaxed space but also don’t mind some socialising occasionally, we aren’t big drinkers/party people but like a cheeky beverage after work every now and then. I love cooking so the occasional flat dinner could happen and I’m a pretty good baker so there’s normally sweet treats to share around
