Flatmate Wanted – Whangārei Heads
I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to share my home in beautiful Whangārei Heads. Short-term rentals are welcome. Length of flatting arrangement can be discussed.
The house is spacious and surrounded by nature, with beautiful harbour views, a large garden, plenty of room to relax, and even an area of native bush with a stream running through it – perfect for little wanders and a mental reset.
The flatmate would have:
• Their own bedroom
• Their own bathroom (with separate bath and shower)
• Access to a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room
• Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy
Please note: The bedroom is shown furnished in the photos, but will be available unfurnished. The bed is not included.
A little about me: I'm 28 and work as a medical receptionist and florist. I enjoy being outdoors, creative projects, dance, and having a peaceful, welcoming home. I'd love this to be a warm and friendly flatting situation, with the occasional shared meal, movie night or chat over a cup of tea.
Ideally I'm looking for someone aged 20+ or in their 30s, but I'm open to other ages if it feels like the right fit. Someone tidy, considerate and happy living in a relaxed home environment would be great.
Household chores and cleaning of shared spaces would be shared, while everyone is responsible for keeping their own bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy.
Bonus points if you enjoy gardening and would like to help out in the garden from time to time!
